Do I really need commercial grade furniture?
Yes! Commercial grade furniture is going to be a little more expensive, but you will get what you pay for—a higher quality, better made, warranty backed piece of furniture that will last you many, many years. Commercial grade furniture can also help you achieve LEED, WELL, and other project certifications.
How long does furniture typically take?
All commercial furniture will have lead times that can range from 2 weeks to 20 weeks. We encourage you to consider furniture early on to ensure you can get the pieces you want in the timeframe in which you need them. Many of our manufacturers also offer Quick Ship programs as well. Please contact us for more information on your project.
Do you offer storage?
Yes! We have a 25,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Tampa just a few blocks from our showroom. We offer storage for free up to 30 days with any project. However, we do offer other storage pricing/packages as well. Please contact us to get more information!
How do you value engineer a project?
We can take the design intent/renderings/specifications and find alternates that achieve the same aesthetic but at a more affordable cost. We can provide the most value to an end user by being brought in early in the design process to help establish a realistic budget for functional needs and aesthetic wants. This will ultimately save time and money in the end.
Do you do more than furniture?
Yes, we do! We can also provide numerous other solutions, such as; Architectural Wall Products, Sound Masking, Acoustic Solutions, Protective Screens, Site Furniture, Air Purifiers, and more. In addition to the products and solutions, check out all our services we offer.
Do you work outside the greater Tampa area?
Yes! We have worked on numerous projects across the state of Florida.
